Several years ago, I discovered Notion, an application that has become much more than just a tool for me. It has become an integral part of my professional and personal life. The more I use it, the more I immerse myself in its potential, and the more I want to share this experience with the community. In my opinion, Notion is the number 1 productivity assistant, it adapts to our needs and saves us a tremendous amount of time every day.
I use it for taking structured notes of all the course content that i'm consuming, planning my projects, creating daily to-do lists and also for creating a repositories of important questions for my interview prep. Although it's great for centralization, I find it tedious to use on phone. To-do lists are inaccessible unless within apps. The in-app integrations are great, tho.
Excellent writing experience but can be a pain to navigate/search.
Maybe the greatest note-taking tool for me right now! Just wish there was more privacy.
I thought it was overhyped. But then I started using it. And became a hype man myself.
Not much to say. Everyone who uses it knows there's simply no alternative to it. Superb! Now that they also launched tools for project management (all in one template) it's even better
Easy to use with multiple features and functionality to get things done and be organized. The new AI feature is also good, but can be done better.
Amazing for creating knowledge base and how to wikis
My favorite note-taking app. It has tons of templates and is really easy to organize things. Adding pictures is super easy too but I wish that we had more freedom when moving and sizing the pictures. The sharing feature is awesome and very smart. It allowed you to share any page and share notes, while also allowing whoever you shared it with to add their own notes. There are so many uses beyond note taking in this app, like scheduling, to-do lists, etc. Overall great app.
One of my favorite features of Notion is the ability to collaborate with others in real-time. This has been especially helpful when working on group projects or planning events with friends. The ability to comment on specific pages and tag team members also makes communication much more efficient. Overall, I highly recommend Notion to anyone looking for a tool to help them stay organized and productive. It's easy to use, customizable, and has a wide range of features that make it suitable for a variety of use cases.
Notion is fantastic. For the first time I finally have all my files organised in one place, plus I have lots of functionality for all kinds of needs. I use it for writing blog posts, for my task list, for brainstorming activities, for creating marketing documents and much more. I can no longer do without it.
The ease and speed with which i can build workflows on Notion is something I haven't found elsewhere.
