Calnio is built entirely on top of the Notion API. Databases are flexible enough that any task setup works as a sync source, and the API is clean to work with.

We chose Notion for its flexibility in connecting detailed documentation with structured projects and decisions. Stile brings together engineering, identity standards, security, compliance, and marketing. We need a place where the reasoning behind a decision stays connected to the work it informs. Notion lets us keep research, product context, meeting notes, and plans together in a format the whole team can use. Its integrations also make that context accessible to our AI-assisted workflows. For us, the value is helping people and agents work from shared context.
