We chose Linear because it is fast, focused, and keeps product and engineering work easy to navigate. It gives our team enough structure without making issue management feel like a separate job.

We chose Slack because it is where our team already communicates and coordinates work. It is also an important Slashy control surface, letting customers reach their email assistant without returning to the inbox.
